As we don't always carry all sizes and colours or if we are sold out of a particular product, please contact us via the contact form. We can then advise how long it will be before we can get the product you would like to you!

All orders placed are processed pending credit verification.
Orders processed after hours or during weekends will be processed the next business day, excluding public holidays.

Possible delays on International orders as it could be subject to customs clearance which is out of our control.
We will not know if there may be charges these vary between countries.
Equestriana will not be held responsible for any customs or duty charges that may be incurred going through customs.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Before purchasing your item, please read our sizing guide to figure out your size. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
If you receive any items that you are unhappy with, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your goods. Equestriana will offer a exchange, store credit or full refund excluding the shipping. If returning a product all shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
Returned goods must be unused, unaltered and unwashed with all original tags and packaging enclosed, once the item has been received in perfect original condition we will then contact you to process the refund.
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style or colour you have up to 7 days from receiving your goods to make contact with us. We will then confirm availbility and send your preferred size and colour.
Unfortunately, your original postage and/or import duty, customs fees and local sales taxes (levies) charged are not refundable.
Equestriana are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for lost packages sent to us. In this unfortunate event, please contact New Zealand Post and give them your tracking number.
